However, the representation of women at the top of our corporate institutions continue to be a source of concern.
The African Women In Banking and Finance Awards seeks to address just that for the finance industry.
After its successful five year pilot in Accra, the impact is obvious and the call to reach other unrecognised finance women in other parts of Africa doing equally amazing things cannot be ignored.
